At Community Partnership for Child Development (CPCD), staff is our service and their development provides high-quality programs that utilize the latest and most effective techniques in child and family development and program management.

CPCD is a not-for-profit organization of 300 staff members who serve more than 1,600 families with young children, zero to 5 years of age, through Head Start, Early Head Start and other programs. Classrooms are based in six school districts in El Paso County, most within the City of Colorado Springs. CPCD has an inclusive and respectful workplace culture in which staff members work as a team. Staff regularly attends internal and external training opportunities meeting the goal of a continual learning environment.
